Slinking sneaking silently
Padding by so quietly
Grimalkin and hunter fierce
Shadow's tooth, ghosts who pierce
Saying more than words can show
With whisker's twitch and eyes aglow
Twine thy tail like cobras dance
Lull thy prey in moonlit trance
Part a hunt but mostly game
Purring, petted, but never tame
